Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2008 Phillips in London held the auction KYOBAI, Japanese Art and Culture, which included the work The Bride Blinded. Self-portrait by Kimiko Yoshida. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 18,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 19,700.00 (€ 25,114.72). Other works by Kimiko Yoshida have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 20,900.00 (€ 26,644.55) in April 2008 for the work The Red Akamba with Kikuyu, Kenya, Autoportrait.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2008 führte Phillips in London die Auktion KYOBAI, Japanese Art and Culture durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Bride Blinded. Self-portrait von Kimiko Yoshida zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 18.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 19.700,00 (€ 25.114,72) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Kimiko Yoshida haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.900,00 (€ 26.644,55) im April 2008 für die Arbeit The Red Akamba with Kikuyu, Kenya, Autoportrait beobachtet.
