In the Florence and Daniel Guerlain Photographies Collection auction, the work La Mariee Velasquez, Autoportrait, 2002 - The Velasquez Bride. Self-Portrait, 2002 sold for EUR 6,375.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,500.00. Admittedly, works by Kimiko Yoshida have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Red Akamba with Kikuyu, Kenya, Autoportrait in April 2008 with an auction result of GBP 20,900.00 (€ 26,644.55).

In der Auktion Florence and Daniel Guerlain Photographies Collection wurde die Arbeit La Mariee Velasquez, Autoportrait, 2002 - The Velasquez Bride. Self-Portrait, 2002 für EUR 6.375,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kimiko Yoshida auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Red Akamba with Kikuyu, Kenya, Autoportrait im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.900,00 (€ 26.644,55).
