In October 2007 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Contemporary Art: "Cutting Edge 1", which included the work Morning On A Construction Site, 1998 by Kim-Hong Il. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,983.00. Other works by Kim-Hong Il have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 2,478.00 in October 2007 for the work Along The New Road, 1998.

Im Oktober 2007 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Contemporary Art: "Cutting Edge 1" durch, in der auch die Arbeit Morning On A Construction Site, 1998 von Kim-Hong Il zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.983,00 einen neuen Besitzer.
