In the Modern and Contemporary Australian and South African Art auction, the work Town Sunday changed hands for GBP 4,375.00 (€ 4,595.02) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 5,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kevin Charles Hart achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Banjo Patterson Mural in May 2003 with an auction result of AUD 99,875.00 (€ 55,285.22).
