In December 2020 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings, which included the work Magic Mountain 2019 by Kelly Wang. The price achieved of HKD 23,750.00 (€ 2,505.11) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Other works by Kelly Wang have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2019 the work Bloom II was auctioned for HKD 37,500.00 (€ 4,349.31).

Im Dezember 2020 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Magic Mountain 2019 von Kelly Wang zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 23.750,00 (€ 2.505,11) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Kelly Wang konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2019 die Arbeit Bloom II für HKD 37.500,00 (€ 4.349,31) versteigert.
