Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Stilleven by Kees van Bohemen was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in December 2009. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 8,125.00. Admittedly, works by Kees van Bohemen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dutch Red Painting in May 2007 with an auction result of EUR 50,400.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Stilleven von Kees van Bohemen kam im Dezember 2009 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 8.125,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kees van Bohemen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Dutch Red Painting im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 50.400,00.
