Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2013 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Modern Paintings, which included the work IT Composition No. 5 by Ke Liang. The price achieved of HKD 2,190,000.00 (€ 217,178.93) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 1,800,000.00 – 2,600,000.00. Other works by Ke Liang have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2011 the work I.T. Composition was auctioned for HKD 3,860,000.00 (€ 345,294.94).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2013 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit IT Composition No. 5 von Ke Liang zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 2.190.000,00 (€ 217.178,93) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 1.800.000,00 – 2.600.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Ke Liang konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2011 die Arbeit I.T. Composition für HKD 3.860.000,00 (€ 345.294,94) versteigert.
