In May 2019 Christies in New York held the auction Latin American Art Online, which included the work After Memory by Karlos Perez. The »bidding war« ended at USD 5,250.00 (€ 4,708.94), 31% above the upper estimate. Other works by Karlos Perez have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 8,125.00 (€ 7,373.63) in November 2019 for the work Untitled (from the series After Memory).
