Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2004 Christies in Sydney held the auction THE JOHN SCHAEFFER COLLECTION AT RONA, which included the work Portrait of Leo Faustine by Henri Lehmann. The »bidding war« ended at AUD 179,250.00 (€ 104,730.01), 20% above the upper estimate. Other works by Henri Lehmann have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 125,800.00 in March 2014 for the work Le Lai D'Aristote.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2004 führte Christies in Sydney die Auktion THE JOHN SCHAEFFER COLLECTION AT RONA durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portrait of Leo Faustine von Henri Lehmann zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von AUD 179.250,00 (€ 104.730,01) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Henri Lehmann haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von EUR 125.800,00 im März 2014 für die Arbeit Le Lai D'Aristote beobachtet.
