A top price for Karl Emil Mücke - as previously expected
In September 2013 Christies in London held the auction 19th Century European Art Including Orientalist Art, which included the work A Stroll Along The Dunes by Karl Emil Mücke. The price achieved of GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,793.02) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,200.00 – 1,800.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, A Stroll Along The Dunes is the most expensive artwork by Karl Emil Mücke that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im September 2013 führte Christies in London die Auktion 19th Century European Art Including Orientalist Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Stroll Along The Dunes von Karl Emil Mücke zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.500,00 (€ 1.793,02) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.200,00 – 1.800,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist A Stroll Along The Dunes das teuerste Kunstwerk von Karl Emil Mücke, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
