Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work 370 Park Avenue, New York by Kamil Kubik for USD 375.00 (€ 268.88). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 700.00 – 900.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kamil Kubik achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 55 Wall Street in March 2018 with an auction result of USD 5,250.00 (€ 4,261.36).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2011 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit 370 Park Avenue, New York von Kamil Kubik für USD 375,00 (€ 268,88) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 700,00 – 900,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Kamil Kubik erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 55 Wall Street im März 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 5.250,00 (€ 4.261,36).
