Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of EUR 7,500.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jutta Koether have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Nach Botticelli die Ausweidung in November 2019 with an auction result of EUR 35,960.00.

Die Arbeit Anger!Anger! & K-Moment von Jutta Koether wurde im Juni 2009 in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 7.500,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00.
