In October 2007 Sothebys in Amsterdam held the auction 19th Century European Paintings, which included the work Hauling In The Nets by Julius Noerr. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 6,850.00 37% above the upper estimate. With this result, Hauling In The Nets is even the most expensive work of art by Julius Noerr that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Oktober 2007 führte Sothebys in Amsterdam die Auktion 19th Century European Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Hauling In The Nets von Julius Noerr zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 6.850,00 und damit 37% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Hauling In The Nets sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Julius Noerr, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
