Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2021 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Important Winter Sale, which included the work Diana by Julius Kronberg. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 70,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 75,000.00 (€ 7,315.78). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Julius Kronberg achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Romeo och Julia på balkongen" (Romeo and Juliet on the balcony) in December 2010 with an auction result of SEK 690,000.00 (€ 76,909.34).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2021 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Important Winter Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Diana von Julius Kronberg zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 70.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 75.000,00 (€ 7.315,78) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Julius Kronberg erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Romeo och Julia på balkongen" (Romeo and Juliet on the balcony) im Dezember 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 690.000,00 (€ 76.909,34).
