This artwork by Julius Hofmann achieved an unexpectedly high price at VAN HAM in October 2019. In the SOR Rusche Collection - Part II auction, the work "Katze" sold for EUR 1,636.00 - well above the estimate of EUR 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Julius Hofmann achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Einsames Zuhause" in June 2020 with an auction result of EUR 17,850.00.
Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Julius Hofmann erzielte im Oktober 2019 bei VAN HAM einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion SOR Rusche Collection - Part II wurde die Arbeit "Katze" für EUR 1.636,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem Schätzpreis von EUR 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Julius Hofmann erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Einsames Zuhause" im Juni 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 17.850,00.
