Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2024 a collector was able to acquire the work Interior with a reading girl at the window by Julius Exner for DKK 7,500.00 (€ 6,554.80). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, furniture and varia at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 10,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Julius Exner - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Artist'S Model, which sold at auction in June 2020 for GBP 13,750.00 (€ 15,143.24).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Januar 2024 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Interior with a reading girl at the window von Julius Exner für DKK 7.500,00 (€ 6.554,80) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Julius Exner mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Artist'S Model beobachtet, die im Juni 2020 für GBP 13.750,00 (€ 15.143,24) versteigert wurde.
