Auction result misses estimated price range
In November this year a collector was able to acquire the work A girl is buying vegetables in a doorway by Julius Exner for DKK 1,750.00 (€ 234.71). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, furniture and varia at Bruun Rasmussen in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of DKK 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Julius Exner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Artist'S Model in June 2020 with an auction result of GBP 13,750.00 (€ 15,143.24).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A girl is buying vegetables in a doorway von Julius Exner für DKK 1.750,00 (€ 234,71) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Julius Exner erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Artist'S Model im Juni 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 13.750,00 (€ 15.143,24).
