In October 2007 Sothebys in London held the auction British & Continental Paintings, which included the work A Study Of Two Lambs by Juliette Peyrol-Bonheur. The result of GBP 1,000.00 (€ 1,436.07) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Juliette Peyrol-Bonheur have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work French Cows Grazing By The Sea in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 12,188.00 (€ 8,297.93).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Oktober 2007 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion British & Continental Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Study Of Two Lambs von Juliette Peyrol-Bonheur zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 1.000,00 (€ 1.436,07) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Juliette Peyrol-Bonheur auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit French Cows Grazing By The Sea im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 12.188,00 (€ 8.297,93).
