In the American Art Online auction, the work The Boating Lake sold for USD 4,750.00 (€ 4,267.74) - well above the upper estimate of USD 2,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Julian Barrow - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Santa Maria Della Salute, Venice, which sold at auction in September 2017 for USD 11,250.00 (€ 9,523.41).
