Auction result well in line with expectations
In August 2021 Bonhams in London held the auction Home and Interiors, which included the work A Patinated Bronze Model Of A Dog With A Pheasant by Jules Moigniez. The price achieved of GBP 446.25 (€ 519.88) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jules Moigniez achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Little Agnès: a tethered thoroughbred with greyhound and tack in December 2005 with an auction result of USD 18,000.00 (€ 15,200.14).

Im August 2021 führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Home and Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Patinated Bronze Model Of A Dog With A Pheasant von Jules Moigniez zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 446,25 (€ 519,88) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 300,00 – 500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jules Moigniez erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Little Agnès: a tethered thoroughbred with greyhound and tack im Dezember 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 18.000,00 (€ 15.200,14).
