Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Taichi Series – Arch(Executed In 1992) by Ju Ming was sold in the Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art auction at China Guardian in October this year. The price achieved of HKD 660,000.00 (€ 79,814.53) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 550,000.00 – 750,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ju Ming achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Taichi Series - Single Whip in October 2011 with an auction result of HKD 20,820,000.00 (€ 1,922,718.86).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Taichi Series – Arch(Executed In 1992) von Ju Ming wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art bei China Guardian versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 660.000,00 (€ 79.814,53) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 550.000,00 – 750.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ju Ming erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Taichi Series - Single Whip im Oktober 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 20.820.000,00 (€ 1.922.718,86).
