A top price for Ju Ming
The work Taichi Series - Single Whip by Ju Ming was sold in the 20th Century Chinese Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2011. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 20,000,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 20,820,000.00 (€ 1,922,718.86). With this result, Taichi Series - Single Whip is even the most expensive work of art by Ju Ming that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Taichi Series - Single Whip von Ju Ming wurde im Oktober 2011 in der Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 20.000.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 20.820.000,00 (€ 1.922.718,86) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Taichi Series - Single Whip sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Ju Ming, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
