In December 2021 Il Ponte held the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo, which included the work L'innocenza by József Rippl-Rónai. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,500.00 50% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by József Rippl-Rónai achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Three Figures in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 145,000.00 (€ 98,720.04).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2021 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo durch, in der auch die Arbeit L'innocenza von József Rippl-Rónai zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.500,00 und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von József Rippl-Rónai erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Three Figures im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 145.000,00 (€ 98.720,04).
