Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Landscape by Joseph Ntensibe was sold in the Modern & Contemporary African Art auction at Bonhams in London in October 2021. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 12,750.00 (€ 15,105.31). Admittedly, works by Joseph Ntensibe have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Rejuvenation in March 2021 with an auction result of GBP 81,500.00 (€ 95,741.51).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Joseph Ntensibe wurde im Oktober 2021 in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary African Art bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 12.750,00 (€ 15.105,31) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Joseph Ntensibe auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Rejuvenation im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 81.500,00 (€ 95.741,51).
