In December 2007 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Old Master and 19th Century Paintings, which included the work La Seine Par Temps De Brume by Joseph Delattre. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 4,337.00 73% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Joseph Delattre; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Le Jardin - circa 1906-1908 sold at auction in December last year with the realized price of EUR 8,397.00.

Im Dezember 2007 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Old Master and 19th Century Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit La Seine Par Temps De Brume von Joseph Delattre zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 4.337,00 und damit 73% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Joseph Delattre; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Le Jardin - circa 1906-1908 im Dezember letzten Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 8.397,00.
