Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Wife Won't Let Me Do My Pools In Peace. Says They're Vulgar by Joseph Lee was sold in the FootballThe Beautiful Game auction at Bonhams in London in December this year. The price achieved of GBP 256.00 (€ 294.90) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 200.00 – 300.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Joseph Lee achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Alameda Shore, alternatively titled, Bird Point, Alameda in August 2021 with an auction result of USD 20,312.50 (€ 17,213.98).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The Wife Won't Let Me Do My Pools In Peace.
