Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2007 Sothebys in Olympia held the auction Old Master Paintings, which included the work A Still Life Of A Bouquet Rose Of Sharon by Joseph-Laurent Malaine. The price achieved of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 4,392.39) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Admittedly, works by Joseph-Laurent Malaine have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bouquet De Fleurs Dans Un Vase En Porcelaine in November 2015 with an auction result of EUR 36,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2007 führte Sothebys in Olympia die Auktion Old Master Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Still Life Of A Bouquet Rose Of Sharon von Joseph-Laurent Malaine zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 4.392,39) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Joseph-Laurent Malaine auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bouquet De Fleurs Dans Un Vase En Porcelaine im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 36.400,00.
