Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2011 Christies in New York held the auction Latin American Sale, which included the work Cuerpo by José Ramón Alejandro. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 7,000.00 – 9,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 7,500.00 (€ 5,217.03) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by José Ramón Alejandro have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in February 2021 the work Petit Traité De Morale was auctioned for EUR 6,875.00.

Im Mai 2011 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Latin American Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Cuerpo von José Ramón Alejandro zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 7.000,00 – 9.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 7.500,00 (€ 5.217,03) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von José Ramón Alejandro konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Februar 2021 die Arbeit Petit Traité De Morale für EUR 6.875,00 versteigert.
