Admittedly, works by Joost Cornelis Droochsloot have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Princes Of Orange Leaving The Buitenhof And Passing The Western Side Of The Hofvijver In The Hague. in December 2013 with an auction result of GBP 242,500.00 (€ 291,689.89).

Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 70.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 75.000,00 (€ 62.344,14) einen neuen Besitzer.
