Admittedly, works by Jonathan Seliger have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Wedding Present (Tiffany & Co. Shopping Bag) in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 25,000.00 (€ 23,669.76).

Die Arbeit Cartier (From Born To Shop) von Jonathan Seliger kam im November 2018 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.229,89) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jonathan Seliger auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Wedding Present (Tiffany & Co.
