The price achieved of USD 6,250.00 (€ 4,255.17) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jonathan Kenworthy have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Somali Girl at Wajir in December 2011 with an auction result of GBP 26,250.00 (€ 31,438.08).
