Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait of Ann Brockman by Jon Corbino was auctioned at Bonhams in New York in August last year. The price achieved of USD 4,462.50 (€ 4,433.68) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jon Corbino have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Rockport in March 2019 with an auction result of USD 20,000.00 (€ 17,812.61).
