Here, the upper estimate of GBP 700.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 763.75 (€ 1,096.37). Admittedly, works by John Wallace Tucker have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Near Ogave, Exeter in May 2007 with an auction result of GBP 3,120.00 (€ 4,591.29).
