A top price for John McHale - as previously expected
The work Telemath by John McHale was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 15,000.00 – 25,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 17,500.00 (€ 24,926.15) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Telemath is the most expensive artwork by John McHale that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Telemath von John McHale kam im November 2015 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 15.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 17.500,00 (€ 24.926,15) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
