The work Two compositions by Johannes Sveinsson Kjarval was worth DKK 32,000.00 (€ 27,967.14) to a buyer in January 2024. This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of DKK 10,000.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Johannes Sveinsson Kjarval - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Landslag (Fantasy landscape), which sold at auction in October 2006 for GBP 42,000.00 (€ 62,751.74).

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von DKK 10.000,00 um ein Vielfaches.
