In October 2020 VAN HAM held the auction SOR Rusche Collection - PART VII, which included the work "Atelierwand" by Johannes Rochhausen. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 4,909.00 64% above the estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Johannes Rochhausen - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Atelieransicht XV", which sold at auction in October 2020 for EUR 13,388.00.
Schätzpreis um 64 % übertroffen
Im Oktober 2020 führte VAN HAM die Auktion SOR Rusche Collection - PART VII durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Atelierwand" von Johannes Rochhausen zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 4.909,00 und damit 64% über dem Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Johannes Rochhausen mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Atelieransicht XV" beobachtet, die im Oktober 2020 für EUR 13.388,00 versteigert wurde.
