In the Old Master and 19th Century Art auction, the work A huntsman and his dog changed hands for EUR 3,750.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Johannes Franciscus Hoppenbrouwers - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work After the harvest, which sold at auction in March 2001 for NLG 25,850.00 (€ 11,972.60).
