Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A Still Life Of Pears In A Bowl And Scattered Gooseberries, Cherries, Peas, Strawberries, Redcurrants, Blackcurrants And Hazelnuts On A Stone Ledge With A Chained Monkey by Johannes Bouman was auctioned at Sothebys in London in December 2012. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 21,250.00 (€ 26,207.15) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Johannes Bouman have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2016 the work Coupe De Fruits Sur Un Entablement De Pierre was auctioned for EUR 52,000.00.

Die Arbeit A Still Life Of Pears In A Bowl And Scattered Gooseberries, Cherries, Peas, Strawberries, Redcurrants, Blackcurrants And Hazelnuts On A Stone Ledge With A Chained Monkey von Johannes Bouman kam im Dezember 2012 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 21.250,00 (€ 26.207,15) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
