This price was achieved in the auction Old Master and 19th Century Drawings including Andrea del at Christies in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 4,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Tiberlandschaft" in May 2017 with an auction result of EUR 206,400.00.

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Old Master and 19th Century Drawings including Andrea del bei Christies in London erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 4.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Johann Wolfgang von Goethe auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Tiberlandschaft" im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 206.400,00.
