Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Johan Krouthén achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in December last year. In the Important Winter Sale auction, the work Sand dunes sold for SEK 105,000.00 (€ 9,412.51) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Johan Krouthén have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Girl with umbrella in December 2021 with an auction result of SEK 400,000.00 (€ 39,017.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Johan Krouthén erzielte im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Important Winter Sale wurde die Arbeit Sand dunes für SEK 105.000,00 (€ 9.412,51) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 50.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Johan Krouthén auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Girl with umbrella im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 400.000,00 (€ 39.017,49).
