Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2007 Sothebys in Amsterdam held the auction Paintings, Drawings and Watercolours, which included the work Moored Boats On The Eem, Baarn by Johan Conrad Greive. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,160.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Johan Conrad Greive achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Seine Bij Châtillon: Seine Near Châtillon in November 2013 with an auction result of EUR 49,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März 2007 führte Sothebys in Amsterdam die Auktion Paintings, Drawings and Watercolours durch, in der auch die Arbeit Moored Boats On The Eem, Baarn von Johan Conrad Greive zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.160,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Johan Conrad Greive erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Seine Bij Châtillon: Seine Near Châtillon im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 49.500,00.
