Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Vicente Juan Masip could be acquired at Sothebys in London in December 2017 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Old Masters Day Sale auction, the work Christ Carrying The Cross changed hands for GBP 21,250.00 (€ 23,913.76) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Vicente Juan Masip - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Madonna And Child With Saints, which sold at auction in December 2018 for GBP 47,500.00 (€ 52,919.21).

In der Auktion Old Masters Day Sale wechselte die Arbeit Christ Carrying The Cross für GBP 21.250,00 (€ 23.913,76) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 30.000,00 – 40.000,00.
