Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Jing Zhiyong achieved an unexpectedly high price at China Guardian in October this year. In the Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art auction, the work Lone Ranger(Painted In 2023) sold for HKD 216,000.00 (€ 26,121.12) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jing Zhiyong have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work White Tree (Painted In 2021) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 240,000.00 (€ 245,086.96).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jing Zhiyong erzielte im Oktober diesen Jahres bei China Guardian einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Lone Ranger(Painted In 2023) für HKD 216.000,00 (€ 26.121,12) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 80.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jing Zhiyong auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit White Tree (Painted In 2021) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 240.000,00 (€ 245.086,96).
