Sold at the lower estimate price
The work Bar by Jean Royère was sold in the Now ! auction at Sothebys in Paris in July 2015. The result of EUR 2,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean Royère achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 'OURS POLAIRE' SOFA, CIRCA 1952 in November this year with an auction result of USD 945,000.00 (€ 866,336.63).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Bar von Jean Royère wurde im Juli 2015 in der Auktion Now ! bei Sothebys in Paris versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 2.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean Royère erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 'OURS POLAIRE' SOFA, CIRCA 1952 im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 945.000,00 (€ 866.336,63).
