In October last year Artcurial held the auction Prints & Multiples Online, which included the work Composition - 1990 by Jean-Pierre Pincemin. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 918.00 53% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean-Pierre Pincemin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sans Titre - 1975 in December 2020 with an auction result of EUR 136,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 53 % übertroffen
Im Oktober letzten Jahres führte Artcurial die Auktion Prints & Multiples Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition - 1990 von Jean-Pierre Pincemin zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 918,00 und damit 53% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean-Pierre Pincemin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1975 im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 136.500,00.
