Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Tondo 27 - 1975 by Jean-Michel Meurice was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in October 2018. The price achieved of EUR 1,950.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean-Michel Meurice achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (2 Corner Pieces) in May 2021 with an auction result of EUR 30,240.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Tondo 27 - 1975 von Jean-Michel Meurice kam im Oktober 2018 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.950,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.500,00 – 2.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean-Michel Meurice erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (2 Corner Pieces) im Mai 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 30.240,00.
