The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sextus Tarquinius Admiring The Virtue Of Lucretia in January 2008 with an auction result of USD 1,273,000.00 (€ 857,758.91).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 21.250,00 (€ 16.279,78) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean-Jacques Lagrenée erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sextus Tarquinius Admiring The Virtue Of Lucretia im Januar 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.273.000,00 (€ 857.758,91).
