The price achieved of GBP 1,292.50 (€ 2,104.74) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean-Ignace-Isidore Gérard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Un Après-Midi Au Jardin Des Tuileries in November 2019 with an auction result of EUR 110,500.00.
