This artwork by Jean-Emile Laboureur achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in October 2021. In the Prints including Maurice Houdayer’s Collection Online auction, the work Ensemble De Huit Burins Sur Le Thème De La Pêche sold for EUR 1,040.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 350.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean-Emile Laboureur achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Semaphore, 1923 in February 2007 with an auction result of EUR 73,993.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jean-Emile Laboureur erzielte im Oktober 2021 bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Prints including Maurice Houdayer’s Collection Online wurde die Arbeit Ensemble De Huit Burins Sur Le Thème De La Pêche für EUR 1.040,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 350,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean-Emile Laboureur erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Semaphore, 1923 im Februar 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 73.993,00.
