The work Composition XVI (opus 18)- 1946-47 by Jean Deyrolle was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in June this year. It achieved a price of EUR 4,986.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 66 %. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jean Deyrolle - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Bruce. 1956., which sold at auction in June last year for CHF 13,720.00 (€ 13,722.62).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 66 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Composition XVI (opus 18)- 1946-47 von Jean Deyrolle kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 4.986,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 66 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Jean Deyrolle mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Bruce. 1956. beobachtet, die im Juni letzten Jahres für CHF 13.720,00 (€ 13.722,62) versteigert wurde.
